I got Bob’s name and phone number from another electrician that I had reached out to. With little hope of getting a response, I left a message for Bob. To my surprise, Bob returned my call later in the day and on hearing my situation, he said that although he was very very busy, he would come over at the end of his work day to help me out. As promised, Bob turned up promptly at 5 pm (despite a thunderstorm and flash flood warning). He was very personable and yet a thorough professional. He systematically went about diagnosing the root cause of the problem, traced the issue, showed me what the problem was and fixed it efficiently. In the process, he also went that extra mile to check out all the other outlets in my kitchen and fixed some of the loose wires dangling in the electrical junction box. Overall, Bob did an excellent job of addressing my electrical problem. He was also very responsive and a wonderful person to interact with.
